This is a beautiful and comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath, fully renovated in 2018.  It has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.  It has quartz counter tops in the kitchen and quartz bath surrounds.  I has 1 king bed and 2 sleeper sofas.  The fine white sandy beach is only about 60 yards from the unit. It is located on beach marker 9, in the prime location where most activities occur, such as Sandfest and other community sponsored events. It is also next to the Beach Lodge, which is the only grill and bar located on the beach with a view of the water.

The room easily sleeps 6, perfect for couples or families. The room is on the third floor it has a balcony sitting area with two chairs overlooking the gulf, pool and hot tub area.  It features a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, iron and ironing board and stove. There are charcoal grills available in the cooking area near the swimming pools.  There is a concrete shuffleboard area, washer toss pit, horseshoe pit and a volleyball court.  Wi-fi throughout the property.
