These units come with central heating/cooling and your own private balcony with one of the best views in all of Port Aransas. Views to the front of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, views on the back balconies of the Corpus ship channel to watch the big boats in the distance. In 2020 we upgraded the adjacent green space to provide a plunge pool right there for greater convenience to Building 3 guests, though you can also feel free to use the other two pools and spa just a short walk down the hill.
