General Information

Check in time is 4:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

Minimum age for renting a unit at Beachgate is 21 with a valid credit card.

Early check-ins will depend mostly on room readiness. If you arrive and your room is already clean and ready to go, sure we'll let you get your fun started right away. Otherwise, we're happy to give you a call on your cell phone as soon as it become available.

Late check-outs will depend largely on whether someone is coming in the next day for that unit and the availability of housekeeping staff for later afternoon cleans.

Cancellation Policy: You have 30 days prior to your arrival to cancel for a full deposit refund, up to 7 days prior for a 90% refund, anything less than 7 days your deposit will not be returned. If you need to cancel, go ahead and give us a call. We'll ask you for an email or fax to confirm your desire to cancel. This way we ensure our desk clearks don't inadvertently cancel the wrong person...or that the wrong person calls and trys to cancel your reservation, tsk, tsk!

Keys must be returned to the office at check out. We really appreciate your help with this one.

Official Hours for the Beachgate CondoSuites & Resort are 8:00am - 9:00pm. If you find the office closed, there's a phone right outside that you can dial "0" and one of our On-Site management/maintenance people will try to help you...no matter what time it is. You can also try extensions 410, 1061 or 538.

If you will need to check in after 9:00pm, please call ahead to make arrangements. If we haven't heard from you, we'll probably try to give you a call on the cell number you provided.

Local phone calls are free, long distance is by credit card....or your own cell phone.

High speed Internet service is FREE.

Charcoal grills are provided in our shaded picnic area. Naturally, outdoor cooking is not allowed on the wooden decking or within 8 feet of the building.

Outside showers are provided for your convenience to rinse the sand off your feet and keep it out of the carpet, furniture, bedding, and swimming pool.

Please be considerate of other guests….above, below, or beside you. Excessive noise or rowdiness will likely make their visit to Beachgate less enjoyable and may result in a Noise Fine for you and/or your early checkout. (After 10pm or so should be quieter time.)

Should any items in the units be lost of damaged, we will be obligated to charge you at checkout or later. We won't quibble about a broken glass here and there, but anything major we'll give you a call about after check-out.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests, as the maintenance team works hard to maintain a safe environment for you and your group. If you see something, inside or outside your unit, that needs repair please let us know and we'll get it fixed.

We are not responsible for items lost or left behind by our guests while they are here. If you are missing something, let us know and we'll hunt it down. Just arrange a prepaid shipper with UPS or FedEx or somebody and we'll box it up and send it back to you. After 1 month, we send all this stuff to the Goodwill folks.

All room numbers are 3 digits

The 1st digit is the Building Number

The 2nd digit is the Floor Number

So, room 221 is in building 2 on the 2nd floor.
Housekeeping

Like most Condos on the island, we don't provide routine daily maid service. We do come around every morning from 9am to 11am for Towel Service and to check on everything and to see if you need anything. Just let us know.

For stays of 7 days or longer, we'll be happy to schedule a weekly room clean with you.

We typically set up your unit with at least one bath towel for each person noted on your reservation. Housekeeping will exchange one for one daily. If you need more, call us and we'll take care of you....or, we have a coin operated laundry for your use.

Our towels, linens, chairs, etc. should not be taken to the beach! Please bring beach blankets, beach towels, lawn chairs, and umbrellas from home.

ALL rooms are Non-Smoking. If the Staff notices that someone in your party has smoked in the room, there will be up to a $250 refreshening fee.

If the room is left in a trashed manner, which almost never happens thankfully, there may be an additional clean up fee of up to $250.
Meetings
Beachgate is a great destination for your business retreat, small seminar, wedding party, church group gathering, or family reunion. We have hosted groups from 20-30 all the way up to family reunions of 200 and more. Our Audio/Visual set-up is pretty State of the Art and can accommodate laptop presentations, via VGA or HDMI connection, as well as DVD and Blu-Ray formats.
People just love that 105" High Definition Projector TV system.
Our Main Meeting Room is 1500 sq. ft. and can seat 100 people. With a Full Banquet Kitchen, your Caterer has all they need to make your event a success...or you can cook your meals right on sight.
